How to delete your data

You have full control over your data with Posted Once. There are three ways to remove it:

Delete your entire account

Sign in and go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data — connected channels and their access tokens, every post, and all uploaded media. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.

Disconnect a single channel

Go to Channels and click Disconnect on any connected account. This deletes the stored access tokens for that platform immediately.

Remove the app from Facebook

If you remove Posted Once from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites), Facebook automatically notifies us and we delete the data associated with that connection. You can confirm the status using the link Facebook provides, which points back to this page with a confirmation code.
