Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Posted Once (the "Service") operated by Posted Once ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Posted Once lets you connect your social media accounts and publish or schedule content to them from one place. We provide the Service on a subscription basis.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You are responsible for the social accounts you connect and for ensuring you have the right to publish to them.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through the Service. You grant us the limited right to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (i.e., to publish it to the accounts you choose).

You are solely responsible for your content and must not use the Service to publish anything unlawful, infringing, harassing, or that violates the rules of the social platforms you publish to.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam or violate any platform's terms or API policies.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted by your plan.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the policies of connected platforms.

5. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe.
  • New subscriptions may include a free trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
  • You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Third-party platforms

The Service relies on third-party social platforms and their APIs. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policies of those platforms that may affect your ability to publish. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every post will publish successfully, as this depends on third-party platforms outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Posted Once will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
